This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information—especially mobile phone numbers—when you use our association management platform, sign up through landing pages, or opt in by text message.

From Association Administrators:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Organization details for account setup and compliance
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
  • Platform usage data (log-ins, member management activities)
  • Member contact lists you upload to the platform

From Members / Subscribers:

  • Mobile phone number
  • Name (if provided)
  • SMS interaction data (delivery status, replies, link clicks)
  • Communication preferences (lists or segments joined)
  • Date and time of opt-in

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver the SMS messages you have expressly opted in to receive
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the PowerAMS platform
  • Process opt-in and opt-out requests and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
  • Fulfill legal or regulatory obligations

3. Mobile Information & SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates, internal or external, except our messaging provider solely for the purpose of message delivery.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.
