Sponsors

Sponsor inventory built in.

Each Sponsor carries a Company Logo (their identity mark) and an Ad creative (275×150). When attached to a Session with display mode ad, the Ad renders in the Session Ad slot. The Sponsor record is the single source of truth — one upload, every session.

Exhibitors

A company at a booth.

An Exhibitor is the company that paid for the booth — Company Name, Website, Description, Profile Logo. Each Exhibitor has one Contact (the comms anchor) and zero-or-more Booth Staff Members. The badge-print step iterates Booth Staff plus the Contact when they're also attending.

Designed badge templates locked to a specific Avery sheet product. Both Front and Back sides. Catch-all templates match every Attendee. Skip cells for partially-used sheets. Per-event calibration nudge in inches for printer drift.

Day-of operations

QR check-in writes the attendance record back to the same person. Exhibitors scan attendee badges with the app to capture leads — synced to the Exhibitor record, exportable as CSV, attached to a follow-up Segment. No paper. No CSVs across vendors.
